About us

Our Company went into action in building trade in 1985 and

 has made a name for itself in short time with early delivery

in projects such as housing and business center it assumed.

By Melani Otel in Alanya and then Melani Restaurant in

1988 we entered into tourism sector we sustained growth. 

We pursued activities by settin up Melani Homes in 2004,

Melanihus Construction with Norwegian partners in 2007,

Melcon Construction with Danish partners in 2007,

a construction company which was established with

EindomsPartner 1 Tyrkia, a leading Company in Norway,

in 2009, Oba Star Hotel with four stars in 2010, and

MELANIGROUP including La Porta Restaurant & Yacht Club.

By these enterprises we have become a leading company in

tourism, construction, investments and land sectors.
